    You may have received an email back in  June and July explaining all web-based applications user accounts will be migrating to the new Precisely infrastructure. Therefore, your Precisely user account(s) will be configured with the same username / email address as your account with Pitney Bowes. After your Precisely user account is configured the next time you try to login you will be asked to reset your password(s).
    This includes your MapInfo account for access to things like the MarketPlace and online Geocoding and Drivetime functions.
    So if you get the following error message, referring to your OKTA token

    Just reset your password in the Backstage area under >Services.
