Inspection Route not appearing in Confirm Connect

    Hi Team,

    What could be the possible reason that an Inspection Route is not visible in the Confirm Connect (on iPad) while selecting the Route.
    One obvious reason is that the Inspection Route is currently assigned to any Action Officer and is not yet complete.

    Hello Lalit,

    Workgoup in the Inspection Route needs to match the workgroup in User security for the user and the user needs to have update permission on features
