How do inspectors link new enquiries to existing defects please via Connect?
The process in ConfirmConnect is to supersede the existing defect but we cannot do this every time, especially if we get 10 new enquiries about an existing issue and these haven't been linked properly (many customers one enquiry).
At the moment we have to add the defect number to an attribute and link it in the office. There are surely others who experience this though, has a better workaround been found?
