There's more to experience when you log in!
Hi Kieran, We're at 2018.2 and we've been having this issue or similar since the beginning, and still haven't been able to tell whether if it is a problem with our IT infrastructure or with SSA itself. The sessions time out even though they are not "real" timeout, because the timeout message itself doesn't appear in the screen. Users are forced to re-login after short time of inactivity (e.g. 10 minutes).
The issue however only happens when users are logged in from inside Council's network. When login with a personal device from home, the session lasts perfectly until 3 hours inactivity. We've been working with IT to see if the issue is related with the firewall, but all attempts have been in vain for now.
We'd definitely like to hear more about this issue.
