    Hi,

    I'm trying to write a data source to pull out the document links that are attached to a feature. Does anyone have and SQL they have used for this?

    Thanks for any help.

    Hi Mitchell

    The article Using SQL to show Document Links in Confirm has SQL to get the Document Links for entities in Confirm, including Features.

    Hi,

    That's great thanks.

    So far I have got:
    SELECT DISTINCT
    feature_document.document_path,
    feature_document.site_code,
    feature_document.plot_number,
    feature_type.feature_type_code,
    feature_type.feature_type_name
    FROM
    feature,
    feature_document,
    feature_group,
    feature_type
    WHERE
    feature_group.feature_group_code = feature_type.feature_group_code AND
    feature_type.feature_type_code = feature.feature_type_code AND
    feature_type.feature_type_code IN ('SIGN')

    but when I run it but it is returning documents that aren't attached to the feature type I am looking for.

    Hi Mitchell

    Try this

    SELECT DISTINCT
    feature_document.site_code,
    feature_document.plot_number,
    feature.feature_deadflag,
    feature_type.feature_type_code,
    feature_type.feature_type_name,
    feature_document.document_path
    FROM
    feature,
    feature_document,
    feature_type
    WHERE
    feature_type.feature_type_code = feature.feature_type_code AND
    feature.site_code = feature_document.site_code AND
    feature.plot_number = feature_document.plot_number and
    feature.feature_deadflag ='N' AND
    feature_type.feature_type_code IN ('SIGN')
