    Hi Shang:

    Regarding the message that you are seeing returned from Spectrum:
    ERROR [ServiceGateway] com.g1.dcg.stage.LicenseException: Module UNC does not exist in license. Check out failed for UNC/USA/RealTime.



    This indicates that your Spectrum license is not enabled for realtime processing with the Universal Addressing Module for US.  There are a few scenarios that should be considered for resolving this error message:
    1) Are you possibly licensed to run only Canada addresses with your Spectrum purchase?  In which case you would need to turn off US Address Processing in Management Console to resolve this issue.
    2) Have you purchased UAM US and potentially this is a license error that needs to be fixed? Or,
    3) Have you not yet purchased UAM US and were interested in trying it?

    This article refers to the 'CAA' component of your same licensing error, which follows the same logic to resolve.  This article also includes reference to a video link that will help you identify how to turn off US processing if you are only entitled to UAM Canada, as well as provides a subsequent link on how to export your license from Management Console if needed.​​

    Should this be a licensing issue to be further researched, export your license from Management Console, send it in with your error message to software.support@pb.com.  One of our Technical Support Representatives will be able to confirm if you are entitled to UAM US for Realtime and/or how to turn it off with Management Console if you have further questions.  And if you are entitled to UAM US, they can send your license onto our Product Distribution Services Team to have  your license corrected and returned.  If you are not entitled to UAM US, they can coordinate with your Sales Account Representative if you wish to further pursue purchasing UAM US for Realtime processing with Pitney Bowes Spectrum Technology Platform.
