They were asking for a tool, like many of us have -- not just how to edit a table. There the current "Inter-object Node Snap" tool does not allow you to set your "good" data as a target and make the other nearby nodes snap TO the targeted object(s). Spatial integrity is always a problem with MapInfo. ...

This has been the worst PB signup ever. Instead of the email going to the page to sign up (like all the other PB webinars), the link in the email takes you to this post. Then you have to hunt in the email for the word "register" that is a link. Then that link opens a PDF with a link in the bottom of ...

One of the great things about a robust piece of software like Excel, is that there are functions in there I may never use, and ones I did not know I needed until I searched for how to solve a problem. Since all the features are there, and I can test them out and see if they suit the particular needs ...

Better yet, just go download the National Flood Hazard Layer from FEMA, where data is already modeled and classified into the various flood zones insurance companies use. https://msc.fema.gov/portal/advanceSearch ------------------------------ Steve Wallace Florida Farm Bureau Insurance ------------ ...

I like this idea. Often I have multiple Tab Groups and when I run a query, inevitably the results get put in the wrong tab group. Floating might be a better way to handle them. Yet I believe you need to be putting suggestions into the other website at: https://ideas.pitneybowes.com/ideas ----------- ...

Is there somewhere for users to suggest new symbols? I would like to see a universal "No" symbol in one of the font sets. I'm no fan of the custom font set, by the way... ------------------------------ Steve Wallace ------------------------------

Wow. I looked at the sample code in hopes of figuring out how to add a few simple buttons to execute other MBX routines... almost 600 lines of code to show how to add two buttons?? I know that sample does a whole lot more, but that is absurd. Hope the updated documentation shows an easy way to do what ...

What is the correct email to Tech Support? I've sent three emails since 10/12 and have not gotten any response -- not even the automatic one with the case number. Has the email address changed? Also the 800 phone number seems to be down for Tech Support...

Eric, I had hoped to take a map from a MI Pro Workspace that I had uploaded to Spectrum and expose that map to the Web. Sounds like I need SSA, or some custom code I create, right? Thanks, -- Steve

So I have finally gotten MapInfo Pro's Spectrum Uploader to work and upload a map. I can see this map from within Spatial Service Manager. Now how do I "Publish" this to a public URL so anyone can see the map? Thanks, -- Steve See Attachment
